These Terms and Conditions govern your use of 8bitcreative, LLC services, including our website and our SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.


SMS Messaging Terms (A2P Compliance)

1. Program Description

8bitcreative, LLC may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in. Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders. Message frequency may vary.


2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS text messages from  8bitcreative, LLC  These messages may include:

  • Non-marketing messages:  appointment reminders, order updates, service notifications, and customer support communications.
  • Marketing messages (if separately opted in):  promotions, offers, and other marketing communications.


2A. Age Restriction:

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use our Services or enroll in our SMS messaging program.

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS communications, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are the authorized user or subscriber of the mobile number provided.
  • You have the authority to consent to receive messages at that number.

If you are under 18, you may not use our Website or participate in our SMS messaging program.


3. Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (414) 310-7103.


After you send the message “STOP", you will receive a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.


If you want to join again, you can sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.


4. Opt In Again

If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally.


5. Help and Support

6. Message Frequency and Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.   You will receive up to 4 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.


7. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


8. Privacy

Your use of the messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
