Oishii Shrimp

Developing a new brand of shrimp that is leading the innovation of processing, handling, and expectations of frozen seafood, was an opportunity we couldn't pass on. Oishii® (meaning 'delicious' in Japanese) Shrimp was handling and processing shrimp live, similar to the beef, poultry and pork industries.

Our mission was to explain Oishii's live processing in an easy-to-understand manner while showcasing the immediate benefits (taste, visual, texture) over traditional methods of shrimp harvesting.
